AEA is a process and policy-driven organization that understands both micro and macro levels well. The organization practices transparency and accountability at all levels, ensuring that each program is process intensive and places the community at the center.
AEA follows a participatory and community-based approach which emphasizes collaboration within the ecosystem, including the community, stakeholders, line departments, PRIs, community-led organizations, and other CSOs for facilitating collective and sustainable action.
Aide et Action believes that sustainable development can only be achieved when marginalized communities, along with community-led institutions, are empowered. These groups should lead the process of development with functional linkages between government mechanisms.
